OFC Route Patrolling:

Patrolling is the main event in OFC route Maintenance, it is includes in the scope of O&M. The patroller will visit the total specified OFC routes on daily basis, and watch closely to prevent OFC damage.

PM & CM Team:

Preventive Maintenance is carried out on behalf of agreed as per service level agreement around the clock, which has executed by the telecom operator. Frequent visit is necessary to RSU/MSU and cell sites for testing to keep the network strengthen. All fiber testing is done bidirectional as every month and reports are submitted to field engineer. There is any faults is identified in fiber routes or any related OFC equipments failure accrued. It's rectified with coordination of field engineer.

Fiber Break Maintenance:

Team will be mobilizing with full fledged and well equipped with tools & accessories, and skilled manpower available i.e. 24x7 methods. The fiber break is analyzed and rectified appropriately within MTTR as per scope of maintenance, after rectification of failure; the reports will be submitted by specified formats by monthly basis.
